Stephan Weich

Stephan, a director in the firm and head of the Commercial and Litigation Department, started his career in law as a public prosecutor in Pietermaritzburg, where he was ultimately appointed as a Regional Court control prosecutor.

His background in criminal law provided Stephan with the skills and insight that form the basis of any litigation practice. His work ethic speaks for itself, and is proven by not only the variety of cases that he has dealt with, but also his high success rate.

Stephan enjoys getting involved in the complexity of commercial work and agreements, and excels in the challenges that are created by the commercial practice. In his spare time, Stephan enjoys classical music, camping, carpentry and the outdoors.
