Ané joined Weich & Kriel Inc. in 2025 and works in the Estates
Department, where her responsibilities encompass estate administration, trust
administration, and the management of both residential and commercial rental
matters on behalf of clients.
Ané began her legal career in 2022 as a Candidate Attorney, working
primarily in the litigation department and serving as a clerk of the Small
Claims Court. In August 2022, she passed all four of her admission examinations
on her first attempt.
Ané relocated to Pongola in 2023, where she completed her articles
and broadened her experience in litigation, debt collection, and general legal
administration. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South
Africa in 2024.
Ané's approach to client service is collaborative and
solutions-focused. She takes the time to understand each client's specific
needs, ensuring that matters are handled with the accuracy and care they
require, while maintaining clear communication and professional relationships
grounded in trust.
Outside of work, Ané enjoys spending time with her family, being on
the farm, cooking, and gardening.
