1. Introduction
The Phatshoane Henney Group, established in 2006, has fi rmly
cemented itself not only as South Africa’s largest legal network, but
also as the only network custom developed to suit the needs of
small and medium South African law fi rms. This provides the Group
with essential economies of scale and a uniquely home-grown
