DETAILS

Francois previously practised in the Criminal and Litigation Department of the firm before deciding to become an independent consultant specialising in labour law.

Francois studied at the University of Pretoria and obtained a BA (Theol) in 1987, BLC in 1990, and an LL.B in 1992. Following his appointment as a commissioner in the Small Claims Court in 2011, Francois obtained a postgraduate diploma in Labour Law from the North-West University in 2013.

Francois believes that quality of service and a strong work ethic are what matter most. In his spare time, Francois is an active sports enthusiast.
